  1. Head to pick up points 30 minutes before the boarding time.

  2. Additional charges of RM10 will be applied in the event of missing the bus boarding time (based on seat availability).

  3. Your ticket information is highly confidential, we will not be responsible for any leakage of ticket information to third parties.

  4. No refund is allowed after a purchase is made.

  5. Ticket is transferable but not refundable. No exchange of ticket will be entertained under any circumstance , lost or damaged ticket (s) will not be entertained. 
  6. Ticket cannot be resold or offered for sale. Those holding resold or offered tickets will not be entertained. 
  7. The shuttle bus supplier reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the services due to adverse weather, dangerous situation, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
